Shereen is a seasoned human resources professional with close to a decade of experience in the biotechnology field. In her most recent role, she partnered closely with leadership to drive onboarding, optimize HR systems, improve operations and deliver successful employee engagement programs.
Prior to that, Shereen supported rapid organizational growth at Moderna, where she collaborated cross-functionally to enhance talent acquisition, automate Workday processes, and deliver data-driven reporting to support workforce planning.
Before focusing on human resources, Shereen worked in New York City as a director and counselor in the nutrition field. She graduated from the City University of New York-Queens College with a Bachelors of Art in Family and Consumer Studies and a minor in Sociology.
At work and at home Shereen is known for her collaborative approach, organization skills and positive energy. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, trying new vegetarian dishes and exploring the natural beauty of New England.
