Jen brings over 14 years of well-rounded Human Resources experience to Falcon Wealth, where she plays a key role in fostering a positive, people-centered workplace culture. Her expertise includes Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, HR Compliance, Benefits Administration, Payroll, Onboarding, Performance Management, and Organizational Structure. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services Management and is passionate about creating thoughtful, scalable HR strategies that support both associate growth and organizational goals.
Prior to joining Falcon Wealth, Jen spent nearly a decade in corporate banking, where she led HR operations across multiple states. In this role, she supported all facets of Human Resources for a large and diverse workforce, gaining deep experience in navigating complex regulatory environments and aligning HR practices across regions. Her ability to lead with both empathy and structure helped strengthen employee engagement, streamline processes, and support leadership through periods of growth and change.
Jen is known for her approachable, solution-oriented style and commitment to building strong working relationships across all levels of an organization. She thrives on collaboration and continuous improvement, always seeking ways to enhance the employee experience and drive business results.
Outside of work, Jen enjoys spending time with her family, especially her two daughters, Lola and Madeline. She can often be found at their sporting events, enjoying a sunset, painting, or planning her next travel adventure. These personal passions inspire her belief in balance, creativity, and connection—values she brings to her work each day.
